All STEPEVI production is based directly from our fully owned factory located in Isparta; a southern Turkish town synonymous with traditional carpet weaving. Due to its location we are able to operate with remarkably reduced environmental impact to most geographical locations. The STEPEVI factory is the largest hand-tufting facility in Europe & Middle East.
This allows us to be in control of every single step and aspect of production, with our design teams working synonymously with the production side to ensure that your requests are adjusted to your preferences to the smallest details and all collection items are produced with consistency.
Where Innovation Meets Artistry
By employing 200 skilled professionals directly in its own facilities STEPEVI spearheads an ethical standard in the luxury rug market that is oversaturated with outsourced and unregulated production.
Within our facilities, skilled professionals utilize the latest computer-aided manufacturing systems and AutoCAD processes to produce the highest quality luxury rugs. This advanced production is further enhanced by our in-house developed software for robotic arm and hand-tufting technologies, enabling us to deliver intricate designs in custom shapes and sizes with shorter lead times than industry standards.
STEPEVI’s Integrated Dyehouse
Central to this process are our specially developed yarns, which are dyed in-house to ensure exceptional color precision, consistency, and quality throughout every piece.
Our Integrated Dyehouse plays a crucial role in maintaining full control over color development, allowing for seamless coordination between design, dyeing, and production. Having the dyehouse within our factory ensures faster turnaround times, tighter quality regulation, and the ability to match custom colors with remarkable accuracy.
