1) Placing Orders
- Orders may be placed online, with or without creating an account. By placing an order, you accept the Terms in force on the order date.
- We may limit quantities per customer or delivery address, or refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment made.
- Product availability and descriptions are subject to change without notice. An item appearing on the Website does not guarantee availability.
2) Prices & Payment
- All prices shown on the Website are inclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT) and exclusive of shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.
- Prices are displayed in GBP or EUR depending on your location, and in TRY for Turkish customers. The transaction currency is confirmed at checkout before payment.
- Payment is due in full at the time of order via Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and other methods) or PayPal / Iyzico (for TRY transactions). Orders will not ship until payment has cleared.
- Sale prices and savings represent discounts from our regular prices; intermediate markdowns may have occurred and prices may vary by region or future promotion.
3) Shipping & Delivery
- Products are dispatched from our facility in Türkiye via trusted partners such as DHL Express. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier handling, force majeure events, or inaccurate delivery details supplied by you.
- Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery.

4) Returns & Refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Customized products are non-returnable except in case of manufacturing fault. You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk of loss until the item reaches us.
5) Product Information & Variation
- We strive to display product colours and details as accurately as possible; however, variations may occur due to display settings or artisanal production processes.
- Minor differences in colour, texture, or weave are inherent to handcrafted rugs and are not considered defects.
6) Limited Warranty & Statutory Rights
- We warrant that our products conform to their descriptions and are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from delivery.
- This warranty applies to normal indoor residential use only and excludes wear and tear, damage from misuse, or variations due to natural fibres and dyes.
- Our warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law, including the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.

7) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STEPEVI shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising out of your use of the Website or products, including loss of profit or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
8) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, wars, labour disputes, government actions, or disruptions to transport or communications networks.
