Shipping policy

At STEPEVI, every order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our production facility in Türkiye, in partnership with DHL Express for reliable worldwide delivery.

1) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Türkiye, and most countries within Europe, including:

Andorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

2) Processing Times

  • Stock items: Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1 business day after your order is confirmed.
  • Made-to-order items: Production may take up to 2–3 weeks, depending on the rug’s specifications. Once complete, your order will be dispatched within 1 business day.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding Turkish and UK public holidays.

3) Delivery Times

Once dispatched, DHL Express delivery generally takes 4–6 business days to most destinations. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance procedures, local courier operations, or other external factors beyond our control.

4) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

5) Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside Türkiye may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees determined by your local customs authority. These charges are included in the product or shipping price and are covered by STEPEVI.

6) Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
